The development of CIV is to addresses socio-economic development in a holistic and sustainable fashion, with particular emphasis being placed on creating a healthy investment climate that is attractive to local and foreign investors.

Under the CIV development plan , strategic framework consists of establishing presence in Melaka Malaysia through its flagship projects, Cubic Manufacturing Center located in Melaka Leveraging on the strong demand for commercial and investment grade properties, CIV will also expanded into the commercial sector with projects mainly focused at Sungai Udang Highway and Ayeh Keroh.
